In this weeks in-depth interview, 60 meter World indoor champion Angela Williams catches up with the duo on her 2009 goals which includes breaking the world indoor record and how her grueling training regime sets the reigning champion up for success.

During the interview the USC alum breaks down track economics 101 on earning a living as a pro track athlete and sheds light on how truly hard the economic down turn is hitting professional track & field.

The 2008 Olympian represented the United States at the Olympics for the second time in her career this summer in Beijing, where she competed in the 4x100m relay.
